Ravi Batra argues for a wealth tax to balance the budget, and that wealthy Americans' speculation is leading the economic depression.  Peter argues that the American deficit is not unprecedented and can be better understood in a macro scale.  Ravi goes on to argue that increased foreign investment is a sign of an increasingly weak American economy, whereas Peter sees nothing wrong with foreign investment into America.  "If the Japanese decide to buy the Empire State Building it's not like they can take it home with them."
